Murcia airport is just 20 minutes by car and Alicante airport is an hour-and-a-half drive.

The neighborhood
The townhouse is close to family-friendly activities such as Peke Park, a mini-amusement park catering for children, and Plaza Bohmeia, a quaint and quirky hippy market.
There are several beaches along the Mediterranean side of the peninsula that offer a range of water sports from SUPing to kitesurfing. Beginners can enjoy the placid waters of the Mar Menor lagoon to get them started.
Widely known as one of Europe’s leading golf resorts, La Manga Club Resort boasts three immaculately maintained championship golf courses, a pitch-and-putt facility and a brand-new golf academy, making La Manga a Mecca for golf enthusiasts.
Zoco and Plaza Bohemia are two well-known areas renowned for their vibrant restaurants, bars and shops. If you’re looking for a great restaurant within walking distance, we recommend Chiringuito Dos Mares Beach Club, Macondo beach club, and La Nola Negra, where you can sample delicious local food such as paella while watching the sunset.

Murcia is resplendent with historical buildings such as its stunning cathedral and Moorish Real Casino de Murcia. Or take a day trip to Cartagena, rich in Roman ruins from over 2,000 years ago.

La Manga Club Resort offers sports enthusiasts three championship golf courses, a pitch-and-putt facility, and a brand-new golf academy as well as a 28-court tennis centre.
DIVING SITES
The Murcia region has a total of 16 diving centres, offering courses and dive experiences for all levels. Experienced divers can enjoy dives to large shipwrecks and underwater caves.
Getting around
There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance of the property, including Chiringuito La Negra Lola, a Mediterranean restaurant with great value food and sunset views.
We also recommend La Cangreja and CaboP, two simple but charming beach bars situated right on the beach where you can enjoy a drink with the locals.
Plaza Bohemia is a short ten-minute walk from the property and you can find a supermarket and pharmacy just 5 minutes by foot.
For destinations further afield, there is a bus station on the road in front of the complex.

For each booking, we will take a refundable breakage deposit of €300.
This may be retained if you or your party cause any breakages or damages.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse, private patio and private garden. You’ll also have access to a larger communal garden and beach, which is shared by the complex.

Other things to note
WiFi can be purchased at an extra cost per day. If you require the internet, then please let us know at least 5 days before your booking starts.
Please recycle and drop of your garbage before you vacate the property.
The property contains stairs and is not wheelchair friendly.
